AEF Ordinary Meetings Meetings are usually held in the Council Chamber, Gordon House, Inverurie, on a Wednesday evening, at 7.15 pm. Reports and other reading material recently received by the Forum are available to all Members at 7.00 pm, prior to the start of the meeting.
