J.G. Ross – Bakers, Port Elphinstone – New bakery facility at Highclere Business Park, Inverurie. Having taken account of the substantial rain water supply available from the massive roof structure, a rain water harvesting system has been installed to supply water for toilets and the wash bay required to clean company vehicles. Although considerable cost was in installation, the long term saving in potable water usage and costs will benefit the company and the environment.
