DAVIOT VILLAGE HALL 1991

ELLON RIVERSIDE PROJECT
A joint venture by Gordon District Council planning Department and the Ythan Amenity Trust, to improve the areas alongside the river Ythan at Ellon.

FORVIE NATIONAL NATURE RESERVE
Managed by Scottish Natural Heritage this is the least man-disturbed dune system in Britain.

HADDO COUNTRY PARK
Run by Grampian Regional Council and manned by the Ranger Service the park caters for peoples enjoyment in lovely surroundings.

KEMNAY ACADEMY
An enterprising school project undertaken by the pupils to plant trees alongside the river Don.

MELDRUM SCHOOL
The creation of a wildlife garden that improved the school grounds and provided a living teaching resource for all the pupils.

OLD SEMEIL HERB GARDEN
An organic garden that grows hardy herb plants, situated in picturesque Strathdon.

TULLO FARM
A working farm near Oldmeldrum run by John Strachan, who has created many wildlife conservation features including ponds and hedges.
